More About ME

If you have recently been diagnosed with ME, you may find it helpful to read not only my article About ME but also the articles For Those Without ME. These will give you some basic information about ME, and may help you to explain it to your family and friends.

This site also has a very useful basic explanation of ME, though ironically the design of the site means it may be difficult to read if you have ME (to see it without the background, try copying the whole thing to a blank document).

You will find more information about ME if you join a national or online support group: they may also have details of any local support groups in your area.
