Dr Sarah Myhill, a former GP who is now a private doctor and nutrition expert, specialises in treating people with ME, among other conditions. She has written a book about ME, which can be downloaded in pdf format free of charge from her website. You can also buy paper copies.

The book is quite long and contains a lot of medical information so it may be difficult to read if you have ME, but even if you can't manage to get through all of it, it's worth downloading to look at a bit at a time, or asking a family member to read it for you. You may also find some chapters are more relevant to you than others.
